Quiche Lorraine (10 inches)

I couldn’t end 2020 without offering you THE dish we started with last February and which has been coming back every 6 weeks since then. My famous Lorraine quiche, which I am offering you this week in a slightly smaller format (10 inches instead of 11) because it is served in its aluminum baking dish - and in a box of course - to make freezing easier. Time to refuel for your winter at the chalet!
