It was undoubtedly the cold of this month of February that made me want to offer you for the first time this cult dish of Savoyard cuisine, comforting if ever there was one. For those who don't know, tartiflette is a kind of generous gratin made up of potatoes, bacon bits, a little cream and reblochon cheese, which we have replaced here with the delicious Quebec equivalent that is L'Origine. from Charlevoix. We will feast !
