I'm launching this week and offering you this dessert from my childhood, an Alsatian specialty little known here and even in the rest of France, but which I made many times when I was little by helping my mother in the kitchen. Lightness and sweetness characterize this cottage cheese tart that is particularly appreciated after a good meal.
