bitter chocolate and pistachio tart

One of our classics that I had forgotten to put on the menu for far too long. Of course, always with bitter chocolate and on a homemade 100% butter shortcrust pastry. A pure delight.

It's difficult to cut into half-pies, so we now offer it in two sizes to satisfy all tastes.
