fresh homemade tagliatelle with salmon

I can't eat grocery store pasta anymore since I started making my own fresh egg noodles with incomparable fudge. We are offering them this week accompanied by a white wine sauce, organic tomatoes, cream, chives, parsley and sushi quality fresh salmon from our partner Ferro Fish and Seafood. Not to be missed under any circumstances.
