sautéed prawns and chorizo with saffron and smoked paprika and white wine risotto

Does that remind you of our paellas from last summer? Great, that's exactly it. Except that it's a sacrilege for the Spaniards to put chorizo in a seafood paella! But I love it... So I imagined this sautéed shrimp accompanied by an onion and white wine risotto. Delight assured.
