pulled pork with beer and maple syrup

So there, this desire came straight out of my stomach and was probably influenced by this harsh winter that never ends! Anyway, my pulled pork is to die for and I wanted to share it with you. Cooked for long hours in dark beer with fresh ginger, mustard seeds, soy sauce, orange peel and other aromatics, not to mention the almost candied baby potatoes after so many hours of cooking at low temperature. Yum.
