Penne with tuna and kalamata olives

It's been a while since I offered you this recipe inspired by our friend Alexandra Diaz's book Fiesta Santé. I simply replaced the chicken with tuna and the result is delicious. The pasta is served in a sauce of tomatoes, olives, peppers, oregano and paprika, and sprinkled with feta and tuna. Yum.
