Exactly like the quiche Lorraine above, I couldn’t end the year without offering it to you again.
These two dishes are, as far as I remember, the first two dishes I learned to cook while helping my
mother when I was little. And I have to say that she’s pretty proud now of what I’ve done with it
and my mastery of it. This pie is a delight. And as for the quiche, I am offering it to you this week in
a slightly smaller format than usual but in its aluminum baking dish so that you can freeze it easily.
