Natural is Fritz Wieninger's experimental wine range. This is bottled without fining, filtration or sulphur. White flowers, pear skin, quince skin dominate the nervous and grippy mouth until the long saline finish. Bright and vibrant, it's a wine with a lot of textures that would go wonderfully with foie gras, tuna tataki, scallop ceviche or giant shrimp flambéed with pastis.
