cauliflower gratin with mustard and cheddar

This delicious recipe inspired by one of my favorite chefs, Yottam Ottolenghi, would make even the most reluctant of us fall in love with cauliflower. Cream, cheddar and mustard take nothing away from the lightness of this must-have gratin from Franck Maison Gourmande. Excellent on its own or with a simple green salad.
