Whole Mulard duck foie gras cooked in a cloth, definitely the best in Montreal!

They are made from grade A foie gras from the Quebec company Rougié.

Our foie gras is vacuum-cooked and sold in portions of approximately 125 or 250 grams.

conservation :
Our foie gras, cooked sous-vide, can be stored refrigerated for 45 days, and can be frozen for up to one year without any loss of flavor or texture. Simply take it out of the freezer and put it 24 hours before tasting in your fridge.
