Seafood casserole with tomatoes and fennel

Fennel and tomatoes ... two vegetables that definitely remind me of the summer and Italy of my ancestors. Mediterranean flavors for this seafood casserole that I love and that I haven't cooked for you for a long time. Shrimp, squid, mussels, clams and fresh spices and herbs from my own. Served alone or with organic cauliflower rice.
