seafood casserole with tomatoes and fennel

Fennel and tomatoes... two vegetables that definitely remind me of summer and the Italy of my ancestors. Mediterranean flavors for this seafood cassolette that I love and that I hadn't cooked for you for a long time. Shrimps, calamari, mussels, clams and fresh spices and herbs of my own. Served on its own or with fresh cauliflower rice.
